4. フライトが遅れた場合はどうなりますか?
当社はお客様のフライトの進捗状況を監視しており、遅延がある場合はお知らせいたします。リアルタイムの更新を使用して、当社の運転手はフライトの到着時間に合わせて空港に到着します。
5. 運転手はどれくらい待ってくれますか?
デフォルトでは、運転手との待ち合わせまでに 60 分の待ち時間が割り当てられます。緊急の場合は、いつでもサービスマネージャーまたは旅行代理店に連絡して支援と指示を得ることができます。
6. どのような支払い方法を利用できますか?
カード支払いと銀行取引のみ受け付けております。デフォルトでは、すべての価格は米ドルで表示されます。
7. 転送にラックプラを選択する理由は何ですか?

8. 隠れたコストはありますか?
表示されている価格は転送のフィナク価格です。料金には、フライト追跡料金、空港駐車料金、空港ページング料金、1時間の待ち時間料金、高速道路料金が含まれます。そのため、送金中に追加の金額を支払う必要はありません。
9. 予約の領収書はもらえますか?
取引の時点で、予約と支払いを確認する電子メールで領収書が届きます。旅行代理店がすべての手配を完了すると、転送の詳細がすべて記載された確認メールが届きますので、確認して再確認してください。
10. 予約をキャンセルできますか?
予約はいつでもキャンセルできます。ただし、キャンセル料が発生しないようにするには、フライト到着時刻の少なくとも 24 時間前までに予約をキャンセルする必要があります。
