ゾウの足のヤム、または白点の巨大なアルムであるアモルフォファルス・パエオニフォリウスは、主にアフリカ、南アジア、東南アジア、および熱帯太平洋の島々で栽培される熱帯塊茎作物です。生産の可能性があり、さまざまな料理の野菜として人気があるためです。
